PC-HT技術說明:
Bayer Apec PC屬於耐高溫聚碳酸酯是拜耳公司由一種新的合成原料（雙酚TMC）生產的聚碳酸酯的註冊商標。
Apec HT不同於其他熱塑性工程塑料，它將高耐熱性、高透明性、高韌性、高穩定性、低密度和易流動性完美的結合在一起。
品級命名:
Apec HT試驗品級以4-來標識。前兩位元數字93…表示Apec HT，第三位數表示所含耐熱品級，第四位表示
…0用於醫療設備等特殊用途的品級；
…1標準品級
…3含紫外線穩定劑品級
…4阻燃品級
…7玻纖增強阻燃品級
更一步的區別可以通過在四位元數位前加上“-/-”和一個數位來標識。

成型建議：乾 燥：130°C/ 6~8小時 射出溫度：320°C~ 340°C
射出壓力：10,000-16,000 psi 保 壓：50 - 70%
背 壓： 345 - 690 KPa 模 溫：100~160°C
＊＊＊＊乾燥未完全會造成成品黃紋、溫氣條紋、氣泡、塑料裂解、龜裂等現像!!!乾燥：在露點溫度低於-18°C乾燥3~5小時，使材料含濕率低於0.02。
